What does “systematic  logistical projection” mean?

I have no idea! I made it up using the L and D buzzphrase generator- see download at http://pnstraining.co.uk/fun-stuff/  L&D buzz phrase generator

This is an excellent way of creating meaningless but catchy phrases to drop into a report or meeting!

The procedure is simple. Think of any three-digit number then select the corresponding buzzword from each column. For example, number 257 produces “systematic logistical projection”.
